Church mortgage for construction...

I need loan on less and fair interest for our church construction. We already have owned the land for that bu don't have enough money to finance all the construction work and so we need  financier. I have got the complete church lender directory for church mortgage but which one will be the best for us? We need fair charging,less interest and up to 80% financing of the total cost.
